• All orders are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items.
• Domestic Shipping Options:
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free shipping on orders 

3. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
• The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. International Shipping

• Currently, Hemo ships only within the United States. We also offer international shipping at this time.

5. Delivery to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

• Hemo ships to P.O. boxes using USPS.
• We also ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) via USPS.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• Hemo is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
• Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
